Teammate Data Analysis Tool

A new module for the Teammate family to enable large scale data analysis and intergiry testing.

Software with the ability to interrogate and analyse large sets of data used for audit testing. For instance creditors, payroll, contracts etc.

As an integral module it would allow for the results to seemlessly feed into EWP for the raising of issues and recommendations.

It would also allow for the easy presentation of... more »

Conversational Coaching Notes

Allow for Reviewer and Preparer to comment on a single CN more than once and have it retain their edit history. Ex:

Reviewer: "Add w/p XYZ to the B.1 & ref it in the B.1.PRG step(s)."

Preparer: It has already been added to A.1 folder

Reviewer: Great, then please add hyperlink to B.1.PRG step(s).

Preparer: I've hyperlinked the w/ps to two steps.

Ability to hide categories

Add functionality in TeamAdmin to hide/retire categories throughout the suit.

This would make it possible to keep old categories for historic purposes and yet not present users with huge lists of selectable categories that are no longer in use.

TEC (Time and Expense Capture)

Training (CPE) Log

It would be nice if TEC would keep track of CPE earned for the year and CPE still needed-based on timesheet input. There could be a field for CPE earned when you select a "training" field for time, and a field to record the details of the course. Then you could report on it at the end of the year with all the information necessary for CPE reporting.

Web enable all TM applications

The entire TeamMate Suite should be enabled for use through a web UI. Thick applications is outdated and in many cases not the preferred way to work.

Just as well it should be possible to access any TeamMate data and function through web services for better integration and transparency towards other tools.

planning the audit work with software help

Planning the audit work is the most important aspects as it enables greater efficiency when carrying out the assignment. This stage takes up the majority of the schedule audit days.
I think that the Teammate Electronic Working Paper EMP can integrate a feature that allows the Auditor to input the data collected at the entrance interview, background information and preliminary survey. The information can be categorized... more »

Re-Cycle bin for deleted folder/workpapers in EWP

Very rarely we have auditors who come up and tell us that they deleted a work paper on accident. Since there is not an un-do feature currently, it's hard to retrieve that work paper back. We are not talking about a daily backup. It would be nice to have some sort of Re-cycle bin folder which would automatically delete when the project is set to 'Implementation Tracking' state
