Pop up messages in EWP to tell me if I am about to miss a milestone for any audit that I’m in charge of
Even in the case of fast servers the application run slowly
It would be neat to be able to set up internal control surveys that could be sent out to process owners to update the key SOX internal controls on an annual basis.
It would be neat to integrate flowcharting capabilities within teammate for the risk assessments.
Update the risk assesment automatically with the completition of the ewp results.
Since risk can use up to a 20 x 20 matrix to complete scoring, scoring band and heatmap displays can be increased in the system to facilitate more detailed, complicated risk rating systems. Different colors should be assignable to each band, so that the heatmap displays can reflect the different tiers accurately.
I would like to see a real-time data flow of information between EWP and TeamRisk. As it is currently set up all Risk information needs to be entered into TeamStore then imported/exported.
The capability to enter risks and controls into EWP and have that information flow to TeamRisk automatically for reporting would increase efficiency.
Allow risks to be exported from risk assessments to store.
You can automate your risk assessment using ACl scripts and then import the results into TeamRisk. The advantage is using analytic capability of TeamMate to perform continuous risk assessments and TeamRisk of linking to risks and controls and having a heat map.
ACL and other analtyic tools are used for various things like risk assessment. Enable the capability to map the results of risk assessments into either EWP or TeamRisk.
Allow TeamRisk and Audit plan generation to pull and group issues from TeamCentral to include in an annual audit plan, then schedule them (teamSchedule). For example, one may have several issues in TeamCentral that relate to a previous audit. The client would indicate the recommendations are implemented and thus ready for audit follow-up. This could be included in TeamRisk, Auditplan and TeamSchedule to plan and do the... more »
The Heatmap would be a lot more useful for audit planning and presentation purposes if it allows us to set contraints upfront to show specific auditable entities and risk scores in the report.
Risk Assessments could be done externally using different Applications. There should be an interface option in TeamRisk in importing those assessments to proceed with conducting RBIA without duplication or rework
Guess if the tool can interact with others would be great, meaning for example cause inspection is not a full life routine inspection but it’s just as important and involves interaction with many internal parties at department & division level, same thing goes for Corrective Action Plan (CAP) process in the division. somehow if those are automated will have a great impact at our operation level and will be the main application... more »
it would be nice if I can track how many comments i have received on this contest
