A list of all programs and workpapers containing a column showing all of the related ARCs hyperlinked to each individual ARC would be helpful. The list would look similar to the Signoff Status table. If possible add an additional column in the Signoff Status table showing the related hyperlinks.
Can TM Champions have access to the number of and names audits where users are actively logged in. Also the number of audits and names of the audits with replicas. This would be useful when testing software upgrades and who we need to contact to get out of teammate or merge a replica.
It should be convenient for users if we can categorize projects by folders at the TeamMate Explorer section. (The top window shown when we open the TeamMate EWP.) Currently, all the projects are listed as one big list. Therefore, users may want to categorize those many project into hierarchal folders. (e.g. categorize by country, fiscal year, audit type (financial/operational) etc.) This function should be helpful for ...more »
It might provide some effeciency to the users if EWP allows users to upload file and signoff at the same time. In some cases, we need to upload multiple files which have been already reviewed and approved outside of EWP. For those files, it should be convenient for users if they do upload and signoff at the same time to save working time.

Allow users to reorder the issue numbers in the ARC and use the work papers as sections as issue categories so that when you generate an issues log its organized under the categories. Allow a category and rating sort of the issues as well.
Module template to train new users of teamMate in its various areas.

The information can be categorized ...more »
Currently we can drag emails from MS Outlook into EWP and it attaches the email. However, it would be nice if EWP allowed only the attachment from an email to be dragged into EWP so i dont have to save the attachment first and then move it to EWP.

The tool may allow us to capture all the risks in a particular project on one side with ratings and controls on the other side. Then we can just link which control relates to which risk. This will help us to easily determine easily ...more »
